1. What devices are compatible with AdPlan?

AdPlan works on iPhones with LiDAR technology: 12 Pro/Pro Max, 13 Pro/Pro Max, 14 Pro/Pro Max, 15 Pro/Pro Max and iPad Pro (from 2020).

2. Does the app work on iPad?

Yes – on iPad Pro models equipped with a LiDAR scanner.

3. How to download the AdPlan app?

Just go to the App Store and download the app here or scan the QR code on the adplan.app website

4. Do I need internet to use the application?

No – you can take measurements offline. Internet access is only required for exporting and sharing files.

5. How to export a file to PDF/CAD?

Open the project in the app, click “Export ,” then choose a format (PDF, DXF, OBJ, DAE). You can email the file immediately or open it in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Blender.

6. How accurate are the measurements?

Accuracy is typically 1–2 cm under standard conditions, which is perfectly sufficient for audits, projects and cost estimates.

7. What should I do if the measurement is inaccurate?

• Check if you are using a device with LiDAR.
• Make sure you have good lighting.
• Scan slowly and cover all walls.
• If necessary, use the manual dimension correction function .

8. Can I measure multiple floors in one project?

Yes – AdPlan allows you to add additional floors to one project.

9. Can I share projects with my team?

Yes – you can share projects via email, link or Google Drive / Dropbox integration.

10. How much does it cost to use the AdPlan application?

The cost of using the AdPlan application is PLN 99 / month or PLN 599 / year.

11. What should I do if the application is not working properly?
