How did we obtain your personal data, how is it collected and how is it used?
In many cases, you provide us with personal data yourself. This happens in connection with your purchases, use of our services, participation in our promotions, or feedback. Some of your data is collected automatically, for example, during website visits.
Permissions and sensitive data:
To provide you with better services, all your documents are processed and stored locally on your device and are never sent to third-party servers unless you explicitly consent to this (e.g., sharing a document via email, Dropbox, etc.).
Data regarding the use of the application:
We collect statistics about app usage to analyze which app features we need to improve, redesign, or remove. Because our apps display advertising, some usage data is also collected by ad providers to display ads that are relevant to you.
Is providing data mandatory?
In some cases, providing personal data is a requirement for the provision of services. This applies, for example, to online purchases and the provision of our services. In some cases, where required by law, we may require the provision of data required by those regulations, such as a tax identification number. Refusal to provide data to the extent necessary to conclude or perform the service and to the extent required by law will prevent its performance. Where personal data is collected based on consent, the provision of personal data is voluntary.
Who, apart from Adenergo, has access to your personal data?
In connection with data processing for purposes related to the use of the application, personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients:
– public authorities or entities performing public tasks;
– entities participating in the processes necessary to perform the contract, including subcontractors, providing transport of goods, payment services, services provided electronically;

Do we transfer your personal data abroad?
In certain situations, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. Unless you object, we will transfer your personal data to: Google Ireland Limited, so that Google can display our ads to you on Google services; Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, so that Facebook can display our ads to you on Facebook; and Apple Distribution International Limited, for the purpose of providing services. Google Ireland Limited, Apple Distribution International Limited, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may transfer your personal data to companies within their group, including Google LLC in the case of Google Ireland Limited, Apple Inc. in the case of Apple Distribution International Limited, and in the case of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to Meta Platforms Inc in the United States. The legal basis for this data transfer is the European Commission’s decision of July 10, 2023, determining the adequacy of personal data protection under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Based on this decision, personal data may be transferred to US companies participating in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Among these companies is Google LLC. If you would like more information on the transfer of personal data abroad, please contact us at kontakt@adenergo.pl
How long do we store personal data?
To the extent we process your data covered by tax and accounting documentation, we will retain it for a period of five years from the end of the tax year to which the document relates (the mandatory retention period for accounting and tax documentation). To the extent we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, to answer ongoing inquiries, to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, to compile statistics, or to support payment, credit, and insurance services, we retain the data until you object to such processing, unless the purpose for the processing ceases to exist earlier (e.g., we stop sending our newsletter, we stop seeking customer feedback on our opinions or services). To the extent that the legal basis for processing is your consent, we will process your personal data until you withdraw it, unless the purpose for such processing ceases to exist earlier.
Information about profiling
For the purposes described in connection with the provision of services, except for processing to comply with a legal obligation, we will perform profiling, i.e., automatically analyze your personal data to obtain information about your preferences or interests (e.g., to investigate which offer may be most suitable). This processing will not produce legal effects or significantly affect this activity in any other way.
